Click on the download link button below. A dialog box should appear asking if you want to open or run the program or if you would like to save the program to disk. Choose 'Save this program to disk' or 'Save-as' Choose the directory or folder you want the file saved in and make note of the location. After the download is complete, navigate to this directory and double click the file 'quizprep.exe' During the install process, the installation program may need to update your windows files. Give the computer permission to update your files and re-start your computer. Make sure you take any floppy disks out of your computer before you restart your system. After your system has re-booted, Restart the installation process by double-clicking on the 'certinstall_50.exe' file again. If you are having trouble you may email us at Support@quizprep.com

If you have Windows 98, the 'QuizPrepCert' folder in your START MENU may not be in alphabetical order and will probably be located at the very bottom of your programs list.

The file size is 12.6 MB or 13,303kb or 7.53 MB for Windows XP. If you get an error during the install process, check the file size and make sure the complete file was downloaded. If the file size is less than listed above, you may need to re-download at http://www.quizprep.com/finish2.htm
